I enjoy all sports but my main sport is rugby. I am currently playing for Shelford rugby club which is a great local club and has four teams therefore caters for any level.
I really enjoy a good challenge. I find by challenging my self I am better adept at inspiring my clients and helping them find goals and their own challenges.

Our team came 5th in the group competition, My (1.8 miles) leg took me 9 minutes 15.
On New Year’s Eve, with two of my clients, we raised over 500 pounds for East Anglia’s Children’s hospice by each rowing a marathon.
I came 4th in the 2km race at the English indoor rowing championships in 2008. My time was 6minutes and 28 seconds.
The three peaks challenge is a great team building exercise. I climbed Ben Nevis, Scarfel Pike and Snowden in 24 hours. We ended up jogging up Snowden in 1 hour to make the time.
I completed the Norwich half marathon in 1 hr and 52 minutes, all on one of the hottest days of the year.
I swam the length of lake Windermere (12.5 miles) in 8 hours and 50 minutes in 2009.
