Pilates - Who is this for? Everyone, because we all move and because Pilates is all about natural flowing movement. Practised regularly and correctly, Pilates will literally change the way you look, the way you feel and the way you move.
The Body Control Method developed from the work of Joseph Pilates, and has been refined by Lynne Robinson, Gordon Thomson and Helge Fisher. Body Control Pilates is unique in the way that it prepares the body for the classical Pilates exercises.

Because of the distinction of classes, places available are capped at 12 participants.
An enrolment form along with payment for block courses and workshops must be completed to reserve your place.
In some cases, 1-2-1 sessions are required before joining a class.
