I specialise in home and outdoor training for individuals and now increasingly pairs and small groups of people who are aiming to lose fat and tone up. I’ve worked in the industry for a number of years now therefore can use my experience to decide which training methods and nutritional plans are best suited to my clients needs.


Ed Richens

I started working in the fitness industry part time whilst I was studying Physical Education at college back in 2006. Since completing my advanced personal training qualifications I have worked at a few gyms and leisure centers but I am now much happier working outdoors. Sometimes when its wet and cold outdoor training doesn’t look very appealing but once you get out there you hardly notice a bit of rain and it can be quite invigorating. Plus when the weather is nice who wouldn’t rather be outside?

Health and Fitness is genuinely my passion. I research the latest fitness studies in my spare time and train myself most days. Football is my sport; I play for a local club and go to Arsenal when I can.

Where I work

I travel to clients in or around Cambridge bringing a range of equipment such as the TRX suspension trainer, Kettlebells, Vipr and medicine balls.

He listened to my physical issues and ensured that the exercises he gave me did not cause any further problems and was able to adjust the exercises as we went along.
