I am passionate about health and the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
Good nutrition and regular exercise gives you the energy you need to cope with today’s busy lifestyle.
I enjoy all sports but my main sport is rugby. I am currently playing for Shelford rugby club which is a great local club and has four teams therefore caters for any level.
I really enjoy a good challenge. I find by challenging my self I am better adept at inspiring my clients and helping them find goals and their own challenges.
This year I am training to swim the channel from Dover to France. Check out my blog for more details.
